Responsibilities
- Fiber plant design and general construction knowledge.
- Experience in telecommunications, Fiber Optic Infrastructure and/or Underground Construction.
- Strong Computer Skills Databases Processes and Administrative - Comprehensive knowledge and skill for more complex applications to include Word, Excel, Visio, ArcGIS/ESRI, Google Earth, etc.
- Knowledge of network plant and practices.
- Experience with working application of engineering systems and databases.
- Working knowledge of right-of-way, property rights, and permit acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
- 3+ years' of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
